OCCUPIED HOME SERVICES

We believe EVERY HOME deserves to shine while it is on the market. While our team does not currently install any of our inventory into homes that will be occupied during the listing period, we do offer Prelisting & Occupied Home Consultations that will assist the home owner who is planning to live in the home during the listing period in preparing their home to look its best before hitting the market. This consultation + report includes prelisting checklists and a walkthrough of each room of the home with one of our staging specialists, where they will take photos and notes of specific recommendations to be made.  After completing the walkthrough, a detailed report will be emailed to listing agent and/or seller within two business days. Starting at $250.

After our team has completed a consultation + report, we can also assist with implementing our recommendations with our Occupied Home Photo Prep services. We will send a Lead Stager plus 1-2 Staging Assistants to assist with prepaing the home for photos for an hourly fee. Starting at $140/hour (2-hour minimum).
