OCCUPIED HOME CONSULTATIONS

We believe EVERY HOME deserves to shine while it is on the market. While our team does not currently install any of our inventory into homes that will be occupied during the listing period, we do offer Occupied Home Consultations that will assist the home owner who is planning to live in the home during the listing period in preparing their home to look its best before hitting the market. This consultation includes pre-listing checklists and a "walk-and talk" walkthrough of each room of the home with one of our staging specialists, where specific recommendations will be made.  If desired, a printed report can also be provided with all recommendations. Starting at $150 for "walk-and-talk" consultations or $350 for consultations with printed report.
